Co-Founder & Managing Director
Elliot leads OPENHAUS with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for crafting standout customer experiences. With over 15 years in hospitality, events, and brand creation, including co-founding ventures like Blush Gin, Russell Rum, and the award-winning Roaming Flamingo food truck.
Elliot thrives on connecting people with quality and creativity.
As a former MasterChef grand finalist, he’s just as comfortable behind the camera as in front of it, bringing storytelling instincts and visual flair to every project.
At OPENHAUS, Elliot works closely with agents to ensure every shoot, from photography and video to drone and floor-plans is effortless, on-brand, and impactful. His understanding of trust, consistency, and presentation helps Openhaus operate like a true extension of your team.
Outside the studio, Elliot also serves as Co-Chair of the Restaurant Association’s Rangatahi Advisory Group, supporting the next generation of creative entrepreneurs.
Co-Founder & Head of Creative
As Head of Creative, Rory brings a rare blend of artistic vision and technical real estate media expertise. With a BA (Hons) in Photography and over five years of experience shooting properties across Auckland, he leads creative direction across every project.
Rory’s signature style, clean, modern, and agent-aligned is shaped by his meticulous eye for light, detail, and composition. Whether he’s behind the camera, flying the drone, or editing in post, he ensures every asset Openhaus delivers is purposeful, polished, and designed to perform.
He’s passionate about helping agents elevate their presence through strong visuals building trust with vendors and turning great listings into lasting impressions. Editing Lead
Brohgan brings a a considered and consistent approach to her work at OPENHAUS, shaped by her background in visual arts and moving image. Currently studying towards a Bachelor of Visual Arts, she is interested in how composition, light, and process influence the way an image is experienced.
Working across photography, video, and hands-on studio practice, she focuses on creating clean, cohesive visual outcomes, with a strong sensitivity to light, detail, and composition. Her approach is both intuitive and responsive, guided by how subtle shifts in framing and atmosphere can shape the final result. Her background in restaurant management and events has shaped her adaptability and ability to contribute smooth, well-organised workflows.
At OPENHAUS, Brohgan supports the team across editing, administration, and day-to-day operations, helping ensure each project runs smoothly and is delivered to a high standard. Her adaptability and attention to detail make her a reliable part of the process, contributing to work that feels both polished and thoughtfully resolved.
